How to export catalog item along with variables and everything around it

I have a catalog item in one instance and would like to move that to other instance, I dont have the update set to move

Tried below but when i click on the 'Export Catalog item' nothing is happening, some help would be really appreciated

Go to your catalogue Item and in the variables section, open that section in a new tab (right click on filter and open in new window) After opening in a new tab, just export the XML and import where you want. Hope this helps and if it helped Mark answer as correct and helpful..!! Regards, Chalan

Your suggestion only exports the variable, but my requirement is to export the catalog item and variables, variable sets, UI Policies, UI Scripts and mainly workflow with all the activities and stages of that particular catalog item

I also have this requirement, and experienced the same result posted on ServiceNowGuru.  Looking for an easy way of doing this if possible.

Exported the xml, but now I need to import that somehow.  My lack of SN experience has got the best of me...so I would appreciate the help from the community!
