Hi all,
I just need a report ,query or filter for all the cmdb servers/services whose support group was changed to 'somegroup' in the last 6 months.
I tried getting it from history records but not sure if that is the correct way to fetch the records.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi @nayanmule
You can create the metric on the CMDB table, but the metric will only work for new changes, not the old ones. So practically, there's no way to retrieve records from the last 6 months. I would not recommend going to the audit table and trying to find it there, as that’s not a practical solution.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hello @nayanmule
For the existing records, you need to add filters on sys_history_set or "audit" table only, add as many filters as possible to bring it down. But yes there can be no reporting on this table. You can fetch the excel as per your requirement. And for future, you can create a metric.
Kindly mark my answer as helpful and accept solution if it helped you in anyway. This will help me be recognized for the efforts and also move this questions from unsolved to solved bucket.
