Hi All,
We have a requirement where we want to make certain variables editable for the task assignment group members.
We have tried making readonly false and every single possible ways but not working. Can anyone help here to fix this issue?
Thanks in advance

is it read-only for non-admins?
how is the behavior for admins?
also remember the variables has Permission for Read, Write defined at variable level
did you check that?
Also any client script or UI policy is making them readonly?
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hello @Phanideepthi
Apart from checking Catalog Client Scripts and Catalog UI Policies, also check "Client Scripts" if the variables are having any name match with the existing fields, the configuration on the field will also be applied on variables - as this could be a conflict.
Kindly mark my answer as helpful and accept solution if it helped you in anyway. This will help me be recognized for the efforts and also move this questions from unsolved to solved bucket.
