How to filter out 'Department, Company, Manager and Location' By using Breakdown Source filter.

Hi

Am trying to filter out 'Department, Company, Manager and Location' By using Breakdown Source filter for Report Widget. But I couldn't found 'Department, Company' filter is not working.

Can you please help on this. It will be helpful.

If you want to create a breakdown source based on the department or company, you should filter on sys_id for cmn_department table or core_company table:

I checked for 'Department' is working, but 'Company' is not working as expected. Can you please provide steps for 'Company'. and as you said breakdown source is same for 'Company' but in reports i try to match 'Company' is not filtered properly. please help on this.

Can you please explain some further what you mean by " 'Company' is not working as expected" - It's not your breakdown source according to this is configured correctly. Can you please also share a snip of your dashboard properties?

I tried selecting one option on company field it doesn't get filtered.
