Am trying to  find how many Scoped applications and versions were installed in Production Instance in last 6 months. In System Upgrades able to find the records of last 30 days only

go to the table sys_store_app it will tell you the details

You can also check the upgrade history

View the upgrade history of a ServiceNow Store application

It's not from the instance, it's from the ServiceNow app store which we login using our Hi Credentials
