How to find out tickets that were put on hold multiple times ? Either via reporting or through metrics definition

If you find out the number of time, then create metrics on state field.

To find out tickets that were put on hold multiple times in ServiceNow, you can use a combination of metric definitions and reporting. Metrics in ServiceNow allow you to track the duration of specific states and transitions of records, such as incidents.
