How to find the CAB Comment History

Newbie here!
Anyone who can help on which table can I find the CAB Comments History (Old and New)?

Also, any suggestion on making ServiceNow Report that auto calculates the Incident's MTTR, if I don't have an access to the Journal or ServiceNow Analytics?

"CAB Comments History" --> what do you mean? Please provide a screenshot for better understanding.
