How to find which is adding WN

I have a very specific line getting added to WN. I am not sure where it is coming from. I tried using SN Utils /code but it is not from any scripts. I think it is from some flow. Is there a way to find it?

Found it. It was a BR but the text was split up and I had to search for the text checklist using SN Utils to find it.
