Hi All,
Request: we have one field "Update Comments", this field will be available in list view only not on Form. So
When I change "Update Comments" to TRUE, on incident record comments has to be updated.
I designed Flow Designer , But problem here is . List view side First Time When I update ""Update Comments" as TRUE, comments updated on INC record successfully . I did repeat same behaviour multiple times on SAME RECORD. like
"Update Comments"--> None- True,
"Update Comments"---> Ture---> False
"Update Comments"--->False--->True......etc
I did this action multiple time but Comments updated only one time , not sure what might be reason. can some one suggest me what should I change here.

Please suggest me on this, why multiple time comments not updated on Incident record..

Hi @chanikya ,
I tried in my PDI ,it works fine for me.You need to change the run trigger condition as "for every update" in flow designer.Because,"for each unique change" changes one time only.For example, incident table the category field changes to hardware it triggers.The flow will not be triggered again the category field changes to hardware.
