how to generate my HI credentials to publish my app

Hi,

I am new user in servicenow , i am also facing the same issue, and i am the admin of my servicenow instance.

could you please help me how can i find my HI credentials , whenever i tried to publish my app, it asks the HI credentials.

I tried to login into   ServiceNow Customer Service System using my instance username , password but didn't get succeed.

i tried below link also but didn't find the answer.

You need to reach out to your customer administrator (someone who worked with ServiceNow when you became a customer.) If such a role does not exist in your organization, reach out to your ServiceNow account rep to identify that individual and get them entitled. (This may be you.)

@chuck tomasi: Thanks for prompt reply , now i contacted to my admin and he has added me in   "https://partnerportal.service-now.com" as an admin .

but still i am not able to login into "https ://hi.service-now.com/hi_login.do" , i tried with my username password.

is there any other way to create HI credentials ?

HI Rakesh,

HI credentials are different than those from the partner portal. You need to talk to your organizations customer administrator or reach out to someone at ServiceNow to determine what person is.
