How to generate oauth token using Oauth client ID and secret

Hello,

I need to have a service account to generate an oauth token along with a client ID and secret. I am seeking alternatives and suggestions for generating tokens using OAUTH client ID and Secret. I heard there will be an option in Washington, but I did not see anything in RN.

Any input would be appreciated.
