In our instance, we have imported data of some servers and application CI's from an external third party tool with tag's.
Now, we want to use the tags to create Tag-based Service Maps.
Scenario :: 1 However, when we are using the Tag Key of the Host machines in the Service Family and building the map, we are getting all the application on those hosts as well on the map, which we do not want as we want only one specific application on the map.
Scenario - 2 :: When we try to create the Tag based service map using the tag key of the application CI in the Service Family, we only get the application and not the host below the application in the Service Map.
Any suggestions on improving either of the tag based service maps to get only the specific application (in scenario one above) or getting the host (in scenario - 2) would be highly appreciated.
