How to get Approvals into Group Approvals tab from Impacted Service in Change Related List

Hello All,

 

How to get Approval into Group Approval tab under Change Related list from the Selected Impacted Services under Change Related List. 

There will be a Approval Group field on every service, I want that group to be added to Group Approval tab under Change Related list.

I have tried using Approval Policies, but I cant able to put the logic to fetch the data from Related list. Is there any other way to achieve this requirement.
