How to get concurrent users logged details

I am trying to get concurrent users logged into the instance, please help.

Try going to User Administration> Logged in Users

My understanding is that tells you who is logged in to the node, but in most production environments, you have multiple nodes and I don't know of a way to check across all nodes.
