How to get data in related links tab

In auditable units there is related links tab for business units. The name and ID(custom field) for auditable units is loaded through a transform map. The data for business units , name and ID(custom field ) is also added through another transform map. 

Note: All the business units are the auditable unit i.e business unit names and auditable unit names are the same.

Note: There can be duplicate names for a business unit but ID for every name is unique.

As per the requirement the auditable units related link for business unit should display only those business units who's ID's are equal. 

That is if an auditable unit name-'AA' and ID-123 then

the business unit related link should also have business unit name-'AA' and ID-123.

How can I achieve this.?
