How to get dropdown list in Dashboard

Can anyone help me to know how to get this dropdown list in dashboard. My requirement is data should be populated according to the group seletced.I am creating PA reports but not able to get this dropdown:

Thanks Chuck for the quick response. I tried by doing the same mentioned in the docs but I was not able to get two dropdown i.e. when I select assignment group the value populates in the same dropdown but my requirement is when I select assignment group the value is shown in the other dropdown as mentioned in the screenshot.
