How to get incident numbers in the agent workspace tab rather than incident in each tab so that I can easily open the desired incident.
Can anyone please help me?

Hello,
The actual concept is one table cannot have two display column as true. So as by default number is the display value for for incident which gets inherited from task this second display value was conflicting and was causing the issue.

In sys_dictionary of number field. Set Display to true.
Check if it is working.
