How to get plugin "com.glide.cs.chatbot" ( Virtual agent ) installed on Personal instances

Hello,

I am trying to see if plugin Virtual agent is avaialbe for installation in persona instances but that does not seem to be the case.

Now my question is how to get plugin "com.glide.cs.chatbot" ( Virtual agent ) installed on Personal Developer instances?

When I load this, it works but I don't see the ability to install the plugins for the predefined virtual agent topics. Am I missing something?
