how to get rid of sys_es_latest_scrip record not found error while moving update sets?

When we are moving update sets from dev to QA we are facing error saying above but if I want to move related record of toggle bar status I don't find the table.
so how to process this can any one have idea?

Are you running the same version on DEV and on UAT? This table was introduced either in Washington or in Xanadu. In general it is not recommended to deploy Update Sets between 2 instances that don´t have the same version.

Your biggest risk is that your developers have used a function that was not supported in Washington, D.C., or earlier. This table was introduced in Xanadu.
