How to get the hint in the updated field?

Not 100% sure, though I don't think we can control this. It's also not a true "Hint" like what you would find on the Labels of fields.

Sorry my message is not that clear,
I am just wondering if there is any method used that populates that method.
I would like to try putting that behavior wherein it 'xxx ago' which can be minutes or days ago.
