How to get the Integration success /failed , on that basis it will send an email

Hi ,
How to achieve the above requirement , where it would trigger an email on the basis of success or failure of integration ?
and it's only the one time should send for the recrods.

You can do, if the error code is other than 200, then via flow read that and create the Incident.
