How to get the notifications/emails listed in the activity log of a catalog task

How can I get the SNOW to make an entry in the activity log of a SCTASK, that an email was sent.  We have it set for Incidents but not for SCTASKs.

Hi,

While the above post isn't wrong, I'm just throwing out there the exact process in a quick, consumable way.

Within the form with the activity log you want to see the emails on, click the antenna looking icon to the right and select "Sent/Received Emails". Then they will show:
