Hello,
I need to pull a report based the assigned date to any Assignment Group, we need a report where tickets are not updated since last 5 days these 5 days should be based on assigned date.
Can anyone please help me out

Most Recent will have end field blank. Filter out by end is empty

Thanks Sanjiv,
Its working not the problem i am able to get multiple numbers since the ticket might have updaed with different assignement groups, can i get only the recent update number instead of showing all the history of ticket number
As you the see the last ticket was worked with diffent assignement groups can i get only 1 record instead of 3 and only the recent updated record value ???
