Hi,
I want to grant a user the read / write authority role of ACL that occurs in a custom table.
However, I feel that manual is inefficient because there are too many users.
Is there any good way?

add users to group and then assign the role to group. now you just need to add users to that group , this way all those users will have role.
now coming to ACL ,
here just add role in ACL .

Hi there,
Are those users already in a group? And only those users? If so, simply add the role to the group.
Also adding users > groups > roles is best practice. Adding roles directly to users is bad practice.
Also consider if adding the users manually is such a bad thing? I mean, how much time does this take? Also consider you have more control this way. More control because of licensing. Doing anything with new tables, expanding access controls, adding roles, can always have licensing impact.
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
Kind regards,

Hi,
Thank you for reply.
Users belong to groups, but there are more than 100 groups.
Is it realistic to manually grant to 100 groups?
Should I create one group with 4000 users?

Hi,
Yes. The license is held for 4000 people.
