How to have a backup of the development of a system in Service Now? in which case it will be damaged to have that support.

I have the administrator user, and with that I will make a series of changes in the system, but since I'm just joining the team, I'm not sure how to have a backup of all the information, in case there is an incident. Can anybody help me?. Thank you.
