How to hide in csm workspace

I need to Hide Customer information tabs that is available in  CSM workspace.

Suggest with Your steps.

go to https://YOURINSTANCE.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_ux_screen_type.do?sys_id=27e836e73b1710109381...

In the UX Screens related list, switch Active to false for the Customer activity and  Install base record.
