How to hide 'New' button option in UI Builder pages.

Hello All,

In a UI Builder, I'm creating a page that has a by-default option of checkbox to hide or to show the Export & New Button over the page.

I just want to make the Export button visible and 'New' button to remain hidden after clicking the checkbox.
