How to Hide “Recent SMS” Section in Case Record Page in CSM Configurable Workspace?

Hello Community,

I am working on CSM Configurable Workspace and have a requirement to customize the Case record page.

Current Behavior:

  • Inside the case record, under Customer Information related list, there are cards such as:
    • Recent SMS
    • Recent Chat
    • Recent Cases
    • etc.

Requirement:
I want to hide the Recent SMS card from the Customer Information section on the Case record page.

Questions:

  1. What is the best way to hide or remove the Recent SMS card?

Hi 

Navigate to UI Builder -> Page collections -> CSM default record post-Details

Duplicate variant for Customer Information default and keep its order to lowest

Go to the container list,  check the list title and hide the container

Thank you for your response. I see a lot of JSON code, and I’m unsure where or what exactly needs to be modified to hide the “Recent SMS Conversations” section. Could you please provide the precise navigation steps to achieve this?

In composition search for "Recent SMS" check that JSON and remove that. it will work
