How to hide reference field values.

I have a requirement in that I need to hide some values of reference fields. I have created one onLoad Client script to achieve this.

Could anyone please help me in this that how I can hide values of group name that is refering to reference field.

What could be the condition I can apply on reference qual.

Like I have to hide some groups that contains IT and in reference qual there is an one condition already available like this is calling one script include for some other thing but apart from that I need to hide some of the groups. So could you please help me in this what could be the condition to hide the groups.

Name Does Not Contain IT
