How to Hide the Resolve button in incident form for service operation workspace view for some states

Hello All,

URGENT : How can we HIDE the Resolve button in service operation workspace view when incident is in new state. it means i want resolve button to be visible only when incident is on in progress, On hold state. could anyone please help. Thank you!

Hi @SM123 ,

 

Go to declarative actions and search Resolve Button. IN Server conditions add your conditions.
