Hi All,
We recently upgraded our instance to Xanadu. After the upgrade, we noticed that a new search functionality has been added to Virtual Agent topics when selecting records. However, we found that this functionality is causing some confusion for users.
After discussing the issue, we have decided that this search functionality needs to be hidden. So, can anyone help me how to hide this functionality.
