I have two questions regarding UI elements:
1. How to hide the Suggestion icon next to the short_description on the record screen?
2. How to make the field label hint (tooltip) stay visible when hovering over it? Currently, the hint disappears quickly, but I want it to remain visible as long as the mouse cursor is over the label.
