How to hide UI action button

Hello Experts,

 

I have created 2 UI action Buttons example A and B in incident form.

Now my requirement is after clicking on A UI action button instantly I want to hide B button.

How to achieve this...?

I am not 100% sure on solution but give read time

We prefer to hider on basis of filed changes / view.
