Unfortuntately, it is a global property & for making it specific you will need to use Omit instead of Hide & I assume the functionality will then change as well completely.

Hi,
If you are sure you do not need reply to be processed for corresponding notification when reply is mail then you can use suggestion as from Anurag.
Else, suggestion will be to hide it instead of omitting. Refer link

Is this possible on a per email basis? I know the system property doesn't allow this.
