How to hide worflow catalog variables

Hello All,

 

I am wondering if there is a way to hide worflow catalog variables from variable editor that appears under RITM              ( Table - sc_req_item) and respective task record ( Table - sc_task). These variables are not accessible under catalog UI Policy and catalog  client script.

Hi Linda,

I'm not sure what you mean by 'worflow catalog variables' and your screenshot does little to answer the mystery with everything redacted.  If these are variables that you have added to a Catalog Item, then they must be accessible via a Catalog UI Policy and Catalog Client Script.  If the variables were added to a Catalog Item that is other than the one associated with the RITM, then check to ensure that the Global box is not checked on each variable definition - as this will make them appear on all items and tasks.
