Hi All,
I am working on the Virtual Agent. i am facing an issue in the OOB conversation.
When I type "user facing login issue" its gives some details with "I want something else" option
once I clicked the "I want something else" option then directly ends the conversation with the below-highlighted message.
but it should proceed with some other option without ending
Please guide me on how to do that.
