I have requirement to import pdfs to knowledge base to create knowledge articles. But ServiceNow is allowing only word formats as shown in below picture
Is there any advance knowledge management plugin to make pdfs to accept ?

For anyone still looking for this functionality: we developed Docuimport specifically to address this limitation in ServiceNow. It allows you to import PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files directly as Knowledge Base articles with editable, structured content, not just as attachments.
The tool extracts text, preserves formatting, and creates proper KB articles that you can edit and manage like any native ServiceNow article.
Here's a quick demo showing how it works: https://youtu.be/wcgr0hPn0X8
Hope this helps!

Hi @Kidambi,
Absolutely, happy to connect and show you Docuimport!
It’s not on the ServiceNow Store yet. We have just completed the certification for our app Documate and Docuimport will go next.
Drop me a line at roberto@swissflowit.com and we'll set something up!
