I have requirement to import pdfs to knowledge base to create knowledge articles. But ServiceNow is allowing only word formats as shown in below picture
Is there any advance knowledge management plugin to make pdfs to accept ?

For anyone still looking for this functionality: we built Importmate, now available on the ServiceNow Store, specifically to address this limitation. It lets you import PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files directly as Knowledge Base articles with editable, structured content, not just as attachments.
The app extracts text, preserves formatting (headings, tables, lists, images and links), and creates proper KB articles that you can edit and manage like any native ServiceNow article.
You can find it on the Store here: https://store.servicenow.com/store/app/a8277a92937cc3d41caaf76e1dba100f
Hope this helps!

Hi @Kidambi,
Absolutely, happy to connect and show you Importmate!
It’s not on the ServiceNow Store yet. We have just completed the certification for our app Documate and Importmate will go next.
Drop me a line at roberto@swissflowit.com and we'll set something up!
