How to include Email history when sending new email like we have functionality in Outlook

Hello All,

I have been asked about a functionality in ServiceNow and is it possible or not.

1. Suppose we compose a new email for Incident from Compose Email option which is present in form header then do we have an option to fetch previous emails in that new Email. (like how it is done in Outlook). Is is possible?

2. Is is possible to reply to specific additional comments which gets captured in activity log?
