How to include work notes activity when printing records

Hi guys, our auditor is trying to print Change Request records by clicking on the printer friendly version icon. However the work notes are missing. Is there a way around this? Thanks - Regina

Hi Regina,

I could see it in my personal instance the work notes and additional comments value which are journal fields using admin id.

the auditor is having what role.

If that user is not having read access to those fields then I think it won't come in the print version

check by admin and confirm

Please provide the read access to the work notes for the role that your auditor is having.

Write a real ACL for the worknotes.

Hi guys thanks for the reply. I didn't look at the ACL or role of the auditor as I was testing using my admin account. I have submitted a HI ticket for this and they confirm they are able to replicate the issue. I will update this thread as soon as I hear from them.
