How to include work notes activity when printing records

Hi guys, our auditor is trying to print Change Request records by clicking on the printer friendly version icon. However the work notes are missing. Is there a way around this? Thanks - Regina

It seems we have a customised Global UI script that's preventing the work notes to be printed.
