I think you can increase it from glide.xlsx.max_cells property but It may have performance issues.

Hi, articles you suggested I had already read, and unfortunately do not cite any solution to my problem. It would seem a defined and non-modifiable setting of ServiceNow (because clearly it is not a limit of excel), but I wanted to confront you if somehow this restriction could be circumvented. I repeat: I'm talking about the maximum number of records per page, and not the total of records within the excel workbook
