Hi Team,
I am new to servicenow integrations with other ticketing tools. Can any one please help me, how to integrate CA Service Desk with ServiceNow.
What are the prerequisites and what are the ways we have to integrate CA Service Desk with ServiceNow.

You can use an out-box-integration solution, OpsHub Integration Manager, for configuring a bi-directional integration between ServiceNow-CA Service Desk and create the integration in a few, simple steps.
OpsHub Integration Manager currently supports the following versions and entities for these two tools:
- CA SDM: Versions (hmp-115, alb-165) and Entities (Change, request, Incident, Problem, Issue)
- ServiceNow: Versions (glide-fuji-12-23-2014__patch3-04-07-2015*, Geneva Patch 7, Helsinki, Istanbul, Kingston) and Entities (All System/Custom entities which extend task and knowledge entity).
