i have an update business rule which has to trigger after 3 minutes of ticket creation. how can i achieve this ?

Hi Hima,

How about creating a new Schedule Item in the business rule and set it to run in 3 minutes from "now" (from the moment of creation of the Schedule Item)?

I'm not sure what's the use case you're trying to implement but it looks to me that gs.sleep pauses the script from executing which means all the business rules that should be executed after the business rule using gs.sleep would be paused as well.
