How to know from where things are coming in Get Help Section on EC Portal

On Employee Center Portal, there is one Header menu called "Get Help". I want to know how things are coming in it.
See Attached Screenshot. For others like My IT Service and My IL Services We have topic, but for Get help I am not getting any topic. Can anyone volunteer.

Hi @pandeyved 

'Employee Center Header' widget contains the header menus.

But since 'Get Help' header menu is the customized menu option. In your instance, this configuration may have been done in a cloned widget of the 'Employee Center Header' widget.

I dont have Get Help , in menu, is it something customized at your side?

If yes., then go to Menu header and check. Might be you can check under portal configuration
