I want to see them when they become active false but i am not able to find the way? any inputs?

If you want to know the Close incidents automatically based on the last updated date or the resolution date of the incident by configuring incident properties.

the business need is I want to know the date on which it was made active false?

you can check this by right clicking on the record and then selecting the History and then list view from a list view you will be able to see old and new values and also the update date when it was updated.

Hi @Manikantahere ,
You can create a simple report on incident table with condition like 'closed on Today' and 'active is false' make it as single score so that you will get the number of incident which got closed.
If you want to check like after how many days Incident is automatically getting closed then check incident property,
