I want to see them when they become active false but i am not able to find the way? any inputs?

the business need is I want to know the date on which it was made active false? anyhow the issue is problem is not becoming active false upon state becoming closed.

You can bring active field by clicking on filter activity on activity of incident or problem..So when ever any incident or problem gets deactivated you can directly check the date and time..See the screenshot

Thanks for help, now I am able to see it.
In OOB even in pdi we can see that upon closing the problem its becoming active false right may i know from where its happening ? because that's not happening in my client instance.

On PDI there are OOB BR which close the incident and problem records:
incident autoclose
SNC - ITIL - Close Related

No, I am asking when state becomes closed problem will become active false right? from where this functionality happening? because even after closing the problem record the problem remains active true??
