I want to see them when they become active false but i am not able to find the way? any inputs?

It is OOTB , the reason begin, a Prb can be reoccur and user can reopen the prb. check the problem properties

There is a OOB Business rule on Task table which auto close the problem ticket..See the screenshot..Check that BR in your client instance

this is as same as OOB but still problem is in active true even after state closed.
