Welcome to the great world of ServiceNow 😉 

I would recommend the ServiceNow Portal fundamentals first which is very basic and with very little coding. Mostly about how to configure the ootb portal without doing much damage: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp?id=learning_course_prev&course_id=3d87783fdb558d50454eb0a2399...
