How to make a portion of a text of a variable work as a link

Hi everyone,

 

I have a requirement wherein a record producer I have used a checkbox as per the screenshot. I need to make a word as a link of the checkbox's text.

Hi

for the checkbox variable itself it is not possible. But you could place right below the checkbox a Richtext Label variable to insert the linked text. See https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/utah-servicenow-platform/page/product/service-catalog-manag...
